Shipping Policy

Here is how delivery works for orders from Q Kitchen Hub, including rates, dispatch windows and the areas we serve.

What delivery costs

Freight on standard orders is $4.95. Once the order value reaches $35 we absorb it.

How quickly orders leave

Orders are prepared within one to two working days. Bulkier cases occasionally take a little longer to pack properly.

Where we ship

Deliveries go to United States addresses. International orders are not accepted for now.

If something goes wrong

Report transit damage or a non-delivery to [email protected]. Photographs of the outer box and the contents speed the claim up.
