Cancellation Policy

Any order can be cancelled without cost up to the point it is collected by the carrier.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

We cannot intercept a parcel after it leaves. Returning it within 30 days achieves the same outcome.

Cancellations we make

If fulfilment is not possible, the order is cancelled and refunded completely, with an explanation of why.
