What does shipping cost?
Freight runs $4.95 per order and is waived from $35. Checkout displays it before confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
United States destinations only, including commercial addresses.
How long until my order is sent?
Cases are usually made up within one to two working days, then transit depends on the destination.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment is by Cash on delivery. No other method is enabled.
Can I return something?
Unopened cases can be returned inside 30 days. Let [email protected] know and we will send instructions.
Who pays return postage?
Unopened cases returned by choice are at your cost; anything damaged or wrong is at ours. No restocking fee.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Free of charge before the case leaves us; afterwards, a return within 30 days.
